Dried fruit soaked for months in rum and cherry brandy, baked into the fruit cake you'll share with your family this Christmas.
Christmas yule log
Rolled chocolate sponge with buttercream through the middle, finished to look like it has been out in the frost.

The traditional sweet ones, with fruit and warm spice inside.
Vanilla butter cookies with glacé cherries
Rich butter cookies with vanilla and glacé cherries baked through them.
White chocolate brownies & peppermint
Fudgy white chocolate brownies with crushed peppermint scattered over the top.
Lemon cranberry pound cake with lemon icing
A dense lemon pound cake with cranberries baked through it, finished with lemon icing.
Snowflake gingerbread cookies
Gingerbread cut into snowflakes and iced by hand.
Christmas tree matcha cookies
The green comes from matcha in the dough, so it runs all the way through the tree.

Write to me with what you'd like, how many you're feeding and the date you want it, and I'll confirm the lot and send a price. I take a small number of Christmas orders so everything is baked in the week you collect it.

When can I order for Christmas?
Christmas orders open on 1 October. I take a limited number, so the earlier you ask the more of the menu is still available.
When will I get it?
Collection and delivery run from 1 November onwards, and you choose the date that suits you when you order. Collection in Peterborough is free, the Christmas boxes ordered on this page ship to your door by Royal Mail or DPD, and delivery for bigger celebration orders is priced in your quote.
What is the rum fruit cake?
Dried fruit soaked for months in rum and cherry brandy, baked into the fruit cake you'll share with your family this Christmas. The soaking takes months, so this one needs notice.
