Catering & events
Corporate catering, without the beige buffet
Office celebrations, client thank-yous, away-days and the meeting that goes better with something on the table. Baked to order rather than pulled from a van, delivered and set up around Peterborough, and every bake labelled with its ingredients and allergens so nobody has to guess at the sandwiches-and-mystery-slice stage.
How much notice: Four weeks is comfortable, and a recurring order can be set up once and repeated.
What offices actually order
Boxes of cupcakes and brownies for a team milestone, a grazing spread for a launch or a leaving do, cookie boxes as client gifts with a card in them, and pastries for the morning meeting that people actually stay awake through. If it needs to be handed round standing up, I bake things that survive being held in one hand with a drink in the other.
Invoicing and the boring bits
A proper written quote up front, an invoice your finance team will not query, and food-safety documentation on request from a registered kitchen. Dietary requirements are catered for, not worked around: tell me the numbers for vegetarian and vegan and they get their own labelled corner rather than the sad end of the table.
What it costs
Priced per head against what you want on the table, quoted in writing. The form below with a date, a headcount and a budget band is enough for me to come back with a menu.

Wedding Grazing Tables
A long table of sweet things your guests come back to all evening: cakes cut into pieces, brownies, cookies and pastries, arranged on the table rather than delivered in boxes.

The trouble with hosting a party is that somebody has to keep the food coming, and it is usually the person the party is for.
