Why mushroom and walnut
The problem with most vegetarian sausage rolls is texture: the filling turns to paste and the whole thing goes soft. Mushroom brings the deep savoury flavour, walnut brings bite and a bit of fat, and potato binds them without making it stodgy. The cheese is in there for richness and does not announce itself. Thyme, onion and hint garlic run through the lot.
Made the same way as the lamb ones
Made with our signature pastry. Then shaped crimped and cut one at a time by hand. Vegetarians at a party usually get whatever was left over; this is meant to be the thing the meat eaters reach for by mistake and then go back for on purpose.

Pies and sausage rolls can be shipped frozen bake at home for country wide deliveries. All u do is bake them fresh in your own oven. It is really simple to do. They bake up amazingly well from frozen, and will make you home smell amazing! If you are ordering for a party, family gathering, holidays, or just for dinner on a busy week day. Order online and click postal delivery for frozen pies and sausage rolls. You can also select deliver/collect locally or collect at pop up if you want them warm and fresh out of the oven.
