Ripe bananas and real walnuts
Banana bread is only as good as how brown you let the bananas get, and mine get properly there before they go anywhere near the bowl. The walnuts are toasted first so they stay noticeable, and the crumb stays moist for days because the fruit keeps giving water back to it. It is one of the best travellers I bake.

The walnuts are in the recipe, not a garnish, so this is not the box for a nut allergy. Everything here is baked in a registered home kitchen where all fourteen major allergens are present, and every box carries a full ingredient and allergen label with a best-before date. If the allergy is severe, talk to me before you order anything at all.
