Our signature pastry stuffed with succulent lean ground beef, onions, thyme, garlic, and shredded carrots sealed in buttery flaky pastry and crimped by hand one pie at a time. These pies look like your traditional beef pasty with a burst of flavour that will remind you that this is not a traditional beef pasty.

Collect free in Peterborough — the earliest day is Friday 11 September, and you pick the day and time at checkout.
The filling
Beef is the star it is, seasoned with thyme onion and garlic. Thyme is the herb that suits beef without shouting over it, and excentuates its delicious meaty flavour. Onions and garlic add depth of flavour just enough is needed. It is filled generously, which is why they are heavier than they look.
Crimped one at a time
Each pie is filled by hand and the edge crimped shut. That is the slow part. They go in the oven just in time to be ready to eat at collection or delivery locally. Just like our sausage rolls our pies are also delivered frozen to bake at home so you can smell the butter and beef baking in the oven just before you eat them. Please let them cool first, I when you get them you will know why.
Bake them yourself, later
Pies and sausage rolls can be shipped frozen bake at home for country wide deliveries. All u do is bake them fresh in your own oven. It is really simple to do. They bake up amazingly well from frozen, and will make you home smell amazing! If you are ordering for a party, family gathering, holidays, or just for dinner on a busy week day. Order online and click postal delivery for frozen pies and sausage rolls. You can also select deliver locally or collect at pop up if you want them warm and fresh out of the oven.
How to get them
Order and pay online, then collect free from the pop-up spot in Peterborough. A handful of extras are sold at the pop-up on the day, so if you have missed the order list it is still worth turning up early.

Every order goes out with a full ingredient and allergen label to UK PPDS requirements, so you can see exactly what is in it before anyone takes a bite.
