Wedding grazing tables, built where the party is
A long table of sweet things your guests come back to all evening: cakes cut into pieces, brownies, cookies and pastries, arranged on the table rather than delivered in boxes. I build it on site once the room is dressed, so it looks the way it should for the photographs and keeps looking that way as it empties.
How much notice: Six to eight weeks for a wedding, and earlier holds your date more comfortably.
How it works on the day
I arrive after the florist and before the guests, with everything baked that morning and the day before. The table takes about an hour to build, and I leave it photograph-ready with labels for every bake, allergens included, so nobody has to find me to ask what the lemon thing is. If you want the wedding cake on the same table, it can be the centrepiece the grazing is built around.
What goes on the table
That is a conversation, not a list, because it follows your numbers and your colours. The bones of it are usually cakes cut into proper pieces, brownies and blondies, hand-piped cupcakes, cookies, and something savoury for the guests who have had enough sugar by nine o'clock. Tell me what your crowd loves and I will build around it.
What it costs
Priced on the number of guests and how long the table needs to keep giving, quoted properly in writing before anything is booked. The enquiry form below is the place to start, and a rough headcount is the most useful thing you can bring to it.

Party Grazing Tables
The trouble with hosting a party is that somebody has to keep the food coming, and it is usually the person the party is for.
