Letterbox cookies, posted UK-wide

Cookies post better than almost anything else, which is why every biscuit tin your gran ever sent survived the journey. Three kinds, baked to order and posted anywhere in the UK.

The menu

What goes in the box

Seasonal cookies join this list when their season comes round: the gingerbread snowflakes and matcha trees are on the Christmas menu.

The cookies

  • Vanilla and lemon zest butter cookies

Butter cookies with real vanilla and fresh lemon zest through the dough.

  • Oatmeal and raisin cookies

Chewy in the middle, with the oats still doing something.

  • Gingerbread

Properly spiced, with a proper snap to it, and iced by hand when the season calls for it.

£15.00 the box, postage included, anywhere in the UK.

Three, done properly

The butter cookies are the ones to send to somebody who says they do not really like sweet things: real butter, real vanilla, fresh lemon zest, and short enough that they break clean. The oatmeal and raisin are chewy, with the oats still recognisable. The gingerbread is spiced hard enough to taste of ginger rather than of brown sugar, and it gets iced by hand when the season calls for it.

Packed to arrive whole

Cookies are stacked flat in a single layer in the slim box, which is designed around a standard UK letterbox and posts as a large letter. Full ingredient and allergen label in every box, with the best-before date on it.

Cookie boxes for people, and for offices

One box makes a good small gift; several make a good thank-you to a team. If you want a run of boxes going to different addresses, send me the list and I'll quote for the lot in one go.

What is on the label

Every box carries a full ingredient and allergen label to UK requirements, with a best-before date on it, so you know exactly what you are eating and when to eat it by.

Everything is baked in a home kitchen where all 14 major allergens are present, including nuts. Allergens & ingredients
