Premium corporate lunch boxes, delivered to your Peterborough office
Lunch that makes the meeting. Fresh, generously filled sandwiches, fudgy brownies, chewy cookies and, in the buffet boxes, hand-piped cupcakes, all made to order in my registered home kitchen in Peterborough and delivered to your office on the day you choose. Book one for the board meeting, or set a standing order and never think about lunch again. And with the Birthday Book, every staff birthday gets a treat box at the door.
How much notice: Order a one-off box online at least two weeks ahead. A standing order needs a week's notice for the first delivery, then runs on its own.

What your guests will taste
The sandwiches are made fresh for the day, on soft bread with proper, generous fillings, cut, labelled and set out on platters ready to put down. Then the part people remember: brownies fudgy in the middle with a thin papery top, cookies chewy in the middle, and in the buffet boxes, cupcakes under tall swirls of hand-piped buttercream. Everything sweet is baked with real butter, real vanilla and free-range eggs. It is the lunch you would happily put in front of a client.
Office lunch delivery, without the admin
Pick a box and your office day, and choose a one-off or a standing order every week, fortnight or month. The sandwiches arrive chilled with the bakes in the same drop, a proper invoice follows for the accounts team, and nobody has to chase a caterer again.
Every guest catered for
Every box is half vegetarian and half halal-friendly meat, and vegan and gluten-free options are there when you need them. Each platter is labelled with its ingredients and allergens, so nobody at the table has to ask. My kitchen handles all fourteen major allergens, so I cannot guarantee anything is free of traces; tell me about allergies when you book.
Delivered by me, across Peterborough and the PE postcodes
I deliver every corporate lunch box myself, chilled in an insulated box, to offices and business parks across Peterborough and the PE postcodes, from Lynch Wood, Orton Southgate, Fengate and Hampton to Stamford, Huntingdon, St Ives, Spalding, Wisbech and King's Lynn. Delivery is added at £3 minimum, then 55p a mile from the city centre.
Staff birthday treats: the Birthday Book
Send me first names and birthdays once, and book the year in one go. On each birthday, that person gets one of my £18 letterbox brownie or cookie boxes with a card carrying their name and your message, posted for £3.60 to their home anywhere in the UK, which suits hybrid and remote teams, or delivered with your lunch box if you are in the PE postcodes. It is the kind of thank you people mention for weeks, and nobody in HR has to remember a single date. Order it online on this page in a few minutes: add your team, pick the box and pay once for the year.
Your staff list, kept to the minimum
For the Birthday Book I hold only what the deliveries need: a first name, a birthday without the year, and where the box should go. It is kept under a simple data agreement with your company, used for nothing else, and deleted when you stop.
Two ways to order
For a one-off, order your box online below and pay by card: pick the box, a weekday at least two weeks ahead and your office postcode, and it is booked. For a standing order every week, fortnight or month, use the enquiry form and I will set it up with a proper invoice for the accounts team. Either way, the sooner you book, the sooner the meeting gets better.

Questions people ask
- How much is a corporate lunch box in Peterborough?
- The Meeting Lunch Box is £96 and feeds 10 to 12, the Team Lunch Box is £186 for 20 to 24, the Office Buffet Box is £288 for 30 to 36, and the Conference Buffet Box is £384 for 40 to 48. Delivery is added at £3 minimum, then 55p a mile from Peterborough city centre.
- What is in a meeting lunch box?
- The Meeting Lunch Box feeds 10 to 12: 24 half sandwiches, 12 vegetarian and 12 halal-friendly meat, six brownies and six cookies, made to order and delivered chilled to your office. The Office Buffet and Conference Buffet boxes add cupcakes, so every guest gets a sandwich and something sweet.
- Can you deliver office lunches every week?
- Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly and the day that suits your office, and the box arrives on that day without anybody reordering. I deliver corporate lunch boxes myself across Peterborough and the PE postcodes, including the business parks, with delivery at £3 minimum, then 55p a mile.
- Can you cater halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free needs?
- Yes. Every box is half vegetarian and half halal-friendly meat, and vegan and gluten-free options are available, all labelled with their ingredients and allergens. My kitchen handles all fourteen major allergens, gluten included, so I cannot guarantee anything is free of traces; tell me about allergies when you order.
- How does the Birthday Book work?
- You add your team once on this page, with first names, birthdays and delivery addresses, and pay for the year in one go. On each birthday, that person gets an £18 letterbox brownie or cookie box with a card carrying their name and your message, posted for £3.60 to their home anywhere in the UK.
- Are staff birthday treats a taxable benefit?
- HMRC treats a gift to an employee as a tax-free trivial benefit when it costs £50 or less, is not cash or a cash voucher, and is not a reward for work or performance. A single letterbox box sits well under that. Check with your accountant for your own company, especially for directors.
- How much notice do you need for office catering?
- A one-off box is ordered online at least two weeks ahead. A standing order needs a week's notice for the first delivery, then runs on its own. For Christmas lunches and parties, book as soon as you have a date, because December is the busiest time of year for party food.
